Dr. Wayne Brandt
My philosophy is to “help patients maintain a healthy mouth for a lifetime”. I have over 30 years’ experience in dentistry, and my patients know me as a very caring and gentle dentist. The atmosphere in the office reflects a love of treating patients respectfully while maintaining a light, fun background. My staff feel the same way and they have all been with me for years (a couple of them over twenty years). I have strong moral and ethical values, and strive to provide the highest standard of dentistry using the best quality of materials.
I graduated in 1980 from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After graduating, I gained hands-on experience working in Riverside for 6 years, before purchasing my existing practice in 1986 from Dr. Forrest Robinson who started the practice in 1950. The office has been in continuous practice since 1950. In fact, many people have been patients here since the 50s and 60s and continue to receive their dental care here today. I regularly see second and third generations of patients and their families. I keep my skills and knowledge up to date by regularly attending continuing education classes from the world’s foremost dental instructors. In addition, I have an extensive network of other highly qualified, respected specialists in the business.
Originally I’m from Denmark, but my missionary parents were working in Zimbabwe when I was born so I was raised in different parts of Africa, Europe and Lebanon. I moved to America in 1977 and both my wife and I live in Redlands. We enjoy being involved in the community and are so happy to be part of the fabric of the town. We have 4 grown children who are living in New York, Los Angeles and San Diego. In my spare time, I love to travel and soak up the local food and environment. I am also an avid reader. I enjoy being outside and remain active through skiing, sailing, scuba diving and hiking.
